Elton Marchena is a highly experienced systems engineer with a strong background in both engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Systems Engineer at SR Technologies since April 2022, Elton has previously held senior positions at Xander Government Solutions and EOIR Technologies, accumulating extensive expertise in systems engineering. Elton began the career at Skorpios Technologies, initially as Director of Process Engineering, and later as Senior Research and Development Engineer. Elton earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, which complements a robust professional trajectory focused on advanced engineering solutions.
