Nicolai Bauer has a diverse range of work experience, primarily as a co-founder and board member of various companies. In 2017, they co-founded Askeladden & Co, a company generator focused on building startups in traditional industries. Nicolai also co-founded Verd Begravelse, a modern funeral agency, and Squeeze Massasje, a platform that offers affordable massages. In 2019, Nicolai co-founded Digg Pizza, a fast-food pizza chain, and Blid tannhelse, a dental health company. Nicolai was also a co-founder of Olio, a body refresh bar chain. Additionally, Nicolai served as an investor at CHOOOSE, an environmental organization. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for entrepreneurship and creating successful ventures.

Nicolai Bauer attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1998 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a degree in Telecomunication and ultimately obtained a Siv.ing / MSc.
