Christian Augustin

Regional Director, Customer Success - North & Central Europe at Sprinklr

Christian Augustin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christian began their career as a Research Assistant and Lecturer in Management and Marketing at the Institute for Marketing at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München in 2013. Following this, they worked as a Project Management Office (PMO) Student Trainee at Allianz Managed Operations & Services (AMOS) SE, where they supported insurance projects and IT tasks.

In 2014, Christian interned as a Product Management Intern at BMW Group, managing projects and providing market support for the Car Care and Color System divisions. Later that year, they joined Bosch as a Brand Management Assistant, responsible for price analyses, financial performance reports, and updating online catalogues.

In 2017, Christian joined Amazon as an Account Manager, overseeing recruitment and account management for Amazon Marketplace Europe. Christian also contributed to strategic sales improvement and project management initiatives. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at e-bot7 - AI for Customer Service, starting as a Senior Customer Success Executive, managing key accounts and ensuring customer health. Christian then served as the Head of Customer Success, leading a team and managing strategic clients. Christian ultimately became the Director of Customer Success, leading implementation and customer success teams for the company.

In 2020, alongside their other roles, Christian also worked as a Lecturer and Academic Supervisor at DHBW Ravensburg, teaching Corporate Management to third-year Bachelor students in the International Business program.

Most recently, Christian joined Sprinklr in 2022 as the Regional Director of Customer Success - Central Europe.

Christian Augustin has a comprehensive education history in the field of Economics and Business Administration. Christian obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2015. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Education and Management from the same institution. In 2013, Christian spent a year as a visiting student at Università degli Studi di Padova, where they studied Economics and Management. Additionally, they had a brief visit as a language student at Università per Stranieri di Perugia in 2013. Christian further expanded their knowledge by completing a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration (M.Sc.) from Copenhagen Business School from 2015 to 2017. Christian has additional certifications, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Education and Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, as well as a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
