Andreas Edhäll has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Andreas currently holds the position of Head of Category Development at Spendrups Bryggeri AB since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MACATI Consulting AB from 2015 to 2023, serving as a Senior Consultant & Owner. At MACATI, they also had roles such as Customer Marketing Consultant at Arla Foods, Interim Shopper & Category Manager at Johnson & Johnson, and Market entry support for a German E-Com retailer.

Before their tenure at MACATI, Edhäll worked as the Head of Category Analysis at Coop Sverige from 2013 to 2014. At Nielsen, from 2006 to 2013, they held various roles such as Leader of Business Development & Support, Head of Custom Analytics, Client Team Manager, and Senior Client Executive. their responsibilities included project leadership, sales and profit responsibility, managing teams, coaching and support, and client presentations.

Andreas also gained experience at The Coca-Cola Company as a Category Development Manager, responsible for developing the Carbonated Soft Drinks assortment. Andreas Edhäll completed their education in a chronological order. Andreas first attended Gutenberggymnasium Wiesbaden from 1984 to 1993, where they earned their Abitur degree in General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund from 1996 to 1999, majoring in International Business and obtaining a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree. In 1999, they continued their education at Abertay University, completing their Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Business Studies with Marketing Management in 2000. Finally, Andreas pursued further education at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu in 2004-2005, where they obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in International Finance.
