Michelle Wingfield MS, RBT has worked in the field of early childhood education for over twenty years. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Manager for Springtide Child Development, where they are responsible for family-centered, collaborative, evidence-based treatment, experienced therapists, and technology-enabled interdisciplinary clinics for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In 2019, they began working as a Regional Director for Cadence Education, where they were responsible for overseeing the operation of 8 early childhood schools. From 2007 to 2018, Michelle worked as an Adjunct Professor for Charter Oak State College and Goodwin College, where they taught courses in personnel and management and early childhood education administration. From 2001 to 2007, they were the Vice President of Operations- Connecticut/Regional Manager for Bradford Child Care Services/Tender Care Learning Centers, where they were a member of the executive team and managed a team of 200 managers and teachers. Michelle began their career in 1997 as a Director and Assistant Regional Manager for Tender Care Learning Centers, where they managed a single location and directed and administered quality childcare programs.
Michelle Wingfield MS, RBT obtained their Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from The College of New Rochelle and their Bachelor of Education - BEd in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Rhode Island.
