Gibs Ramm is an experienced eCommerce Operations Coordinator currently at First Book since October 2022, following an internship at Frances Goldin Literary Agency. Previously, Gibs served as Director of Operations at Politics and Prose Bookstore from October 2016 to January 2021, where significant achievements included leading a team of over 35 employees, implementing new systems during the Covid-19 lockdown, and mobilizing efforts for diversity and representation within the organization. Gibs also contributed as a Special Project Manager, overseeing major events like the National Book Festival and aiding in the opening of new store branches. Gibs holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Virginia.
