La Keisha Miles, M.S., BCBA, LBA-VA, currently serves as a BCBA and Assistant Clinical Manager at SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care, where responsibilities include assisting individuals and families with behavioral challenges through evidence-based ABA strategies. Previous experience includes working as a Behavior Consultant at Brett DiNovi & Associates and as a Program Supervisor at Key Essentials to Behavior Management, focusing on providing strategies for families of individuals with Autism Spectrum and other Behavioral Disorders. La Keisha also has a background as a Supervising Office Assistant for the County of San Bernardino, overseeing staff and managing daily operations. La Keisha holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UCLA.
