LeeAnn Ballard currently serves as the Dean of Students and Assistant Athletic Director for Springfield City School District, a position held since August 2019. Previously, from August 1998 until November 2021, LeeAnn Ballard worked as a Cross Country and Track Coach, as well as a Teacher/Coach, within Springfield City Schools. LeeAnn Ballard earned a Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration from Ohio University between 2013 and 2015.
