Steve Dow, PE, PMP, CCM, CEM, REP, currently serves as the Special Projects Manager at the San Diego Community College District since October 2022. As the Principal at Mora Dow Consulting since November 2015, Steve focuses on program controls and quality assurance. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at Cumming Corporation and Independent Program Management Consultant for Southwestern Community College District. Steve has extensive experience in project management across various sectors, including education and infrastructure, having worked with several city and local agencies. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, along with certifications in Geographic Information Systems and Data Science.
