Orlando Pisegna has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various industries. In their most recent role, they serve as the Manager of Care Operations at Spring Health, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Elemy as the Senior Manager of Market Operations from August 2020 to May 2022.

Orlando'sprevious experience includes working at Bird as the Senior Manager of Global Trust & Safety from November 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they founded and operated their own business called Apto Global, where they served as the Operations / Founder from February 2014 to July 2018. During their time at Apto Global, they also founded and managed Second Wave LA, a custom apparel and manufacturing company, from December 2014 to June 2017.

Orlando also worked at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD) as the Operations Manager from February 2016 to May 2017. Orlando gained entrepreneurial experience as the Co-Owner of Blu Fig Mediterranean Kitchen from July 2010 to November 2014, where they successfully implemented operational systems and increased sales through menu revision and cost controls.

Additionally, Orlando has managerial experience at Cigna-HealthSpring as the Retention Manager from November 2012 to December 2013 and at Verizon Wireless as the Fraud Prevention Manager from February 2000 to November 2010. At Verizon Wireless, they developed efficient processes, increased productivity, and volunteered through the Verizon Foundation.

Throughout their career, Orlando Pisegna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a commitment to philanthropic endeavors.

Orlando Pisegna has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Belmont University. In addition to their formal education, Orlando has obtained several certifications, including Agile Project Management and Agile Delivery from Udemy, Design Thinking: Data Intelligence from LinkedIn, and Project Management Foundations: Risk from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained in July 2020.
