Alicea Martin Pressley MSW, LISW-S has a diverse work experience in the field of social work and therapy. Alicea is currently working as a Clinical EAP Care Navigator/EAP Therapist at Spring Health since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Therapist at an undisclosed company starting from February 2018. Alicea also owned and practiced therapy at Inspired Thoughts Counseling Service LLC from January 2018 onwards. Alicea served as a Clinical Supervisor at Poppy's Therapeutic Corner from January 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they held the position of Clinical Director at The Next Step Behavioral Health from July 2019 to April 2020. Alicea gained experience as a Clinical Therapist at Modern Psychiatry and Wellness LLC from November 2017 to July 2019. Alicea also worked as a Mental Health Therapist at Catholic Charites of Southwestern Ohio from November 2016 to November 2017. Previously, they served as a Primary Lead Clinician at Sojourner Recovery Services from May 2015 to July 2016 and as a Therapist at ViaQuest Clinical Services from October 2014 to May 2015. Alicea started their career as a Family and Child Therapist at Beechacres Parenting Center from May 2014 to October 2014.

Alicea Martin Pressley obtained a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Alicea then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the same university, completing their studies in 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Alicea is a Licensed Social Worker, which they obtained from the State of Ohio counselor social worker marriage and family therapist board in September 2009. Alicea is also a Licensed Independent Social Worker, obtained in December 2017 from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Moreover, Alicea holds a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III designation, acquired from the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board in March 2013.

Alicea has further expanded their skills and knowledge with various certifications. Alicea obtained the designation of Training Supervision Designation from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board in December 2018. Additionally, they are a Clinical Hypnotherapist, having completed their training at The Wellness Institute in June 2021. Alicea is also a Meditation Practitioner, trained at The Priority Academy in July 2020. Furthermore, they have certifications as a Life Coach and an Ordained Minister from the Universal Life Church, obtained in January 2017 and January 2015, respectively.
