Ludivine Ni started their work experience in 2008 as a shop assistant for Promod during the summer. In 2011, they worked as a strategy consulting research analyst intern for OC&C Strategy Consultants. In 2012, they had a summer job as an assistant personal shopper at Galeries Lafayette. The following year, they were a financial audit intern at PwC. In 2013, they had a management consulting internship at Sia Partners. In 2014, they worked as a summer analyst at Millward Brown Vermeer and later that year joined Boxed as an operations intern. At Boxed, they held various roles including operations manager, senior operations manager, associate director of operations, senior product manager, and director of product. Most recently, they joined Spresso as director of product in 2023.

Ludivine Ni holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Operations Research from Columbia University (2013-2014). Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from Télécom Paris (2010-2013). Ludivine completed their high school education at Lycée Saint Louis (2008-2010), where they studied Advanced Mathematics and Physics in the Classes préparatoires MPSI/MP*. Ludivine also earned a Bacaulauréat série S from Lycée Camille Claudel (2005-2008).
