In 2009, at Orange, they started their career as a Junior Product Manager, focusing on prepaid offers.
From 2011 to 2012, Lénaïc worked as an Administrative Agent in an interim position at AutoContact.
From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Marketing Project Manager at 3GM Partners, taking on responsibilities in marketing strategy.
In 2014, Lénaïc also worked as a Marketing Consultant for Dynamease, where they conducted audits and defined pricing policies.
From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Business Strategy and Product Consultant at Heygency, gaining experience in consulting.
From 2015 to 2016, Lénaïc worked as a Marketing Manager for Advertiseat, where they played a key role in developing a connected media platform for communication in stadiums.
In 2016, they co-founded two companies: Bonne Mine, offering workplace wellness solutions, and All Fit Company, providing digital solutions for sports and well-being. They held the position of CEO at both companies. Additionally, at All Fit Company, Lénaïc co-founded All Fit Academy, which introduced fitness sessions for students on university campuses.
Since 2018, Lénaïc has been working as the Head of Product at SportEasy, utilizing their expertise to manage and develop product strategies.
Lénaïc Martins has a diverse education history. In 2008, they attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and obtained a Licence Pro Commerce degree in Management du point de vente. Lénaïc then went on to pursue further studies at IAE Paris-Est, where they completed a Master 1 degree in Marketing from 2009 to 2010. Following this, Lénaïc attended Greenwich College in 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in General English. Lénaïc returned to IAE Paris-Est from 2011 to 2012 to complete their education with a Master 2 degree in Marketing with a specialization in Chef de produit.
Additionally, Lénaïc has acquired several certifications. In 2011, they obtained a TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) score of 905 from the TOEIC Program. In 2014, they completed a Google Adwords certification through Google's Social Marketing Tools. In 2015, they participated in a course called "Codez votre premier site web" at Le Wagon. Most recently, in 2022, Lénaïc obtained a certification from WILL Academy.
