Parlog Marius-Gabriel serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Spitalul Monza since May 2012, overseeing the Group's accounting and financial teams, managing financial forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting processes to the Board. Parlog plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions, financial performance enhancement, and implementation of AI-driven financial processes. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Partner in the Advisory Division at ECOVIS CIURTIN & Associates, managing transaction processes such as acquisitions and IPOs, and as a Senior Accountant at A.G. - Accounting & Global Tax, focusing on financial and treasury accounting. Parlog holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & International Business from Spiru Haret University.
