Dr. Robert (Bob) Cruz possesses extensive experience in executive support and management, currently serving as the Executive Assistant for the COO and CFO at True Health since April 2018. Additionally, Dr. Cruz has been involved in management and author consulting as well as notarial services with BEC Global Consulting Group since 2018. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at Four Rivers Media, and Executive Assistant to the CEO at both Charisma Media and the American Red Cross of Central Florida, as well as at the Museum of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Cruz is a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force, with a career spanning from April 1978 to January 1996. Academically accomplished, Dr. Cruz holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership in Servant Leadership, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies from Regent University.
