Stephanie Diaz, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Director of Health & Wellness at Spirit Airlines, where Stephanie has progressed through various roles since September 2021, including Sr. Manager positions and Manager II in Benefits Data & Technology. Previously, at AutoNation from 2015 to September 2021, Stephanie held positions such as Learning Technology Manager and HRIS Analyst. Earlier experience includes administrative roles at Nova Southeastern University and STAYING GREEN, INC., where responsibilities encompassed office management, event organization, and bookkeeping. Stephanie earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University in 2017 and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same institution in 2011.
