Jose Manuel de Miguel García has extensive work experience in health and safety roles. Jose Manuel began their career as a Technical Consultant in Health and Safety at Ibermutuamur in 2000, providing advisory and consultancy services to over 200 companies in various sectors. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as the Responsible of Management Systems Department at Corman Sistemas y Montajes de Seguridad, S.A., where they implemented and checked quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems. Jose Manuel then moved on to become the Head of Procedures Control Department at Corman Corporación, S.A. from 2006 to 2008, where they contributed to strategic improvements and monitored evolution ratios. From 2009 to 2015, they served as the Health & Safety Manager at Claro Sol, overseeing the health and safety efforts of a business group with 12 companies, 4000 workers, and over 1000 job centers. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Health & Safety at ITP Aero, where they define strategies and lines of work for the group.

Jose Manuel de Miguel García graduated from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1998 with a degree in Agricultural Engineering, focusing on the field of Economy. Jose Manuel later obtained a Master's degree in MBA from Universidad CEU San Pablo in 2011, specializing in Risk Prevention Company Management.

In addition to their formal education, Jose Manuel de Miguel García has also obtained several certifications. Jose Manuel became a Perito Judicial en Investigación de Accidentes Laborales from Surge Centro de Estudios in 2013. In 2007, they received the certification of Responsable de Certif. de Producto: Sistemas Provisional Protección de Borde Forjado. Tipo 2 - Clase A from ECA CERT. Jose Manuel also became an Auditor de Calidad from ECA Certificación in 2002 and an Auditor en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales from Instituto de Formación Integral.
