Roddley (Qian) Shen has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, starting with a role as Services Manager at Spirent Communications in 2001. Roddley (Qian) then progressed to roles such as Senior Director of Support and Services, Director of Global Services Asia Pac, and Senior Manager of Global Services, where they focused on managing and growing professional services and support services business in the Asia Pacific region. In their most recent role, they were responsible for fitting professional services into the industry ecosystem and building competitive advantages in the market. Prior to joining Spirent Communications, Roddley worked as a Product Manager at Newplam Technology, where they were involved in defining and designing value-added mobile internet applications and creating marketing materials for partnerships with mobile operators.

Roddley (Qian) Shen earned a Master's degree in Communication and Information System from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, completing the program between 1993 and 2000.
