Farley Louhambanou has a work experience that spans over several years. farley started their career in 2003 as a secretary at BEAC but only worked there for a month. In 2007, they joined Airtel Congo B as an Assistant financier and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined MTN Congo as a Customer Care Representative.

Farley Louhambanou obtained a Licence in Langues Vivantes Etrangères (LVE) from Marien Ngouabi University in Brazzaville, Congo, from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, from 2010 to 2014, Louhambanou attended Ecole Africaine de Developpement, where they pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in management des Ressources Humaines with a focus on communication.
