Oleg's expertise includes web application development, index tuning, content and faceted search, large scale data import, data analysis, and conversion. Oleg has managed engineering groups, established development policies and procedures, and driven technical strategies. Additionally, Oleg has been involved in designing architectures, building variable templates, and implementing features specific to real estate and financial industries.
