Nick Janssen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nick currently works at AM-Flow as a Senior Research and Development Engineer, where they are responsible for leading mechatronics projects. Prior to this, they worked at Perfect pre-Parents as an Initiator.

Before joining AM-Flow and Perfect pre-Parents, Nick worked at ASML as a Technical Support Authority on Optics and Laser for NPI/refurb, focusing on troubleshooting illumination and dose control. Nick also worked as an Industrial Engineer at Shapeways BV, where they were involved in various projects such as automated 3D model identification, DC automation, and implementation of post-process solutions.

Earlier in their career, Nick worked as an Automation Programmer at Eleshop, where they developed an automated distribution center interface and implemented error-checking. Nick also worked as a Notebook Service Center employee at Euflex and as a Guest Researcher at NIST, where they conducted electromagnetic research.

Additionally, Nick has experience in academia through their roles as a Mentor and Master Class instructor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology. Nick also served as a Faculty Council Member, providing advice to the faculty board on strategy, financing, and educational future while representing student interests.

Nick Janssen has a strong educational background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Nick obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, starting in 2004 and completing in 2012. Nick also earned an Engineer's Degree in the same field from the same university, which they pursued from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Nick Janssen holds certifications in Electrical Engineering, including an MSc in Electrical Engineering obtained in November 2013 and a BSc in Electrical Engineering obtained in February 2012, both from Eindhoven University of Technology.
