Dalía Andía Chacón is a professional with extensive experience in training and organizational development, currently serving as an Ejecutiva de entrenamiento y desarrollo at SPIRA since March 2023. Dalía has also been a Training Mentor at Innicia Incubadora de Negocios UCSM since March 2021, providing guidance and workshops to entrepreneurial teams. Previous roles include Analista de Cultura y Clima at Circuit Media Group, Product Owner at Kulmentor, Project Manager at Kuepa, and various positions with AIESEC in Peru, including Directora Nacional de Desarrollo Organizacional. Dalía holds a degree in Law from Universidad Católica de Santa María and has pursued additional studies in Human Resources and organizational agility at various institutions.
