Yasemin Iris-Brown, PCC, is a seasoned coaching professional with extensive experience in various coaching roles. Currently serving as an Affiliate Coach for uExcelerate since August 2024 and PrinciplesYou Certified Coach at Vision 360 Coaching since May 2018, Yasemin has also held multiple certifications including Certified Red Team Instructor and Practitioner, as well as Certified Professional Coach (ICF PCC & EMCC EIA). Yasemin actively contributes to the ICF Switzerland as the ICFS Lausanne Community Leader and Event Manager. In addition to a diverse coaching portfolio, which includes leadership and executive coaching, Yasemin has developed the Olfactory Memory Coachingā„¢ method. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Business Management and numerous certifications in coaching and team development. Previous professional experience spans roles in finance and accounting at companies such as Philips Morris International and Caterpillar Inc.
