Kelvin Saxton Pablo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in business analysis, project management, storytelling, web design, and graphic arts. Since June 2001, Kelvin has served as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager for SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, managing the SPIE Digital Library. In addition to this role, Kelvin co-directs the Bellingham Storytellers Guild and engages as a professional storyteller since March 2005, presenting traditional and original tales. Previous experience includes web design and print publication roles at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and graphic arts work at the University of Idaho. Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Eastern Philosophy from the University of Idaho and has pursued graduate studies in Anthropology and Chinese Studies at Western Washington University and the University of Hawaii at Manoa, respectively.
