Alex Moon has a diverse work experience in customer services, account management, and environmental health. They most recently worked at SPICA Technologies Ltd as the Head of Customer Services and Account Management. Prior to that, they held roles such as Global Account Manager and Senior Account Manager at the same company. At Mitie, they worked as a Contracts Manager, overseeing various water hygiene and treatment contracts. They also have experience as an Environmental Health Technical Officer at Fareham Borough Council, where they managed contaminated land projects and conducted air quality reporting and criminal investigations.

Alex Moon completed their education with a Master's Degree in Applied Aquatic Biology from the University of Portsmouth, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology from the same university, spanning from 2006 to 2009. Before attending the University of Portsmouth, Alex attended Brockenhurst College from 2002 to 2005, where they studied Environmental Science, Geology, and Biology, although they didn't receive a specific degree from this institution.
