Sudha Sukhija is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Sphinx Worldbiz Limited since March 2018, Sudha has also held roles as Assistant Manager and Team Lead in the same organization. Prior to this, Sudha worked at SUPER PIONEER PERSONNEL NETWORK (P) LIMITED from August 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment for top manufacturing companies and automotive ancillaries. Earlier experience includes a position as Resource Executive at New Era India Consultancy, focusing on recruitment for Fortune 500 companies in the BFSI sector.
