Piotr Rzeńca has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Piotr is currently working at Sperasoft as a Senior QA Engineer since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Spokko from January 2021 to October 2022, starting as a QA Specialist and eventually becoming the QA Department Manager. Before Spokko, Piotr worked at Sage as a Scrum Master from October 2019 to November 2020 and as a QA Engineer from August 2018 to November 2020. Piotr also gained experience at CD PROJEKT RED, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, and Quality Assurance Tester from February 2016 to July 2018. Piotr's earlier work experience includes a role as a Customer Service Specialist at Instytut Sztuki Kulinarnej – ISK Izabela Zielska from February 2014 to April 2015. Piotr also worked as a Junior PR and Marketing Assistant (part-time) at Polsko-Japońska Wyższa Szkoła Technik Komputerowych w Warszawie, and as a Researcher and Team Manager at Uniwersytet SWPS.

Piotr Rzeńca's education history begins in 2003, when they enrolled at the University of Warsaw to study Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. Piotr continued their education at the same university in 2004, focusing on Japanese Language and Literature until 2008. In 2010, Piotr transferred to the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies until 2013. Following this, they attended Warszawska Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna im. Bolesława Prusa from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Creative Writing. In addition to their formal education, Piotr Rzeńca also acquired several certifications, including the Japanese language proficiency certificates at N4 and N5 levels from Polsko-Japońska Wyższa Szkoła Technik Komputerowych w Warszawie in 2011, as well as the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge Assessment in 2002.
