Brantlee Mercer is a Virtual Reality Software Engineer at ARCS Aviation, specializing in the development of virtual training experiences using Unity and Meta Oculus devices since March 2024. As a Freelance Game Developer since November 2021, Brantlee published an indie game for Android mobile devices, utilizing Unity and C#. Brantlee has also participated in the Professional Unity Developer Program at GameDevHQ since February 2022, enhancing skills in game development and software engineering. Previous experience includes a role as a VR Developer contracted through Randstad Digital for PwC and a Software Developer at PS Solutions, where C# and .NET were employed. Early career roles include Mobile Application Developer at MyLifeBot and a Sporting Goods Associate at Wal-Mart Corporation. Brantlee served in the US Army as Military Police from April 2007 to August 2016 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, completed in December 2019.
