Michał Wiercioch has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Michał started their career in 2014 as an apprentice at Gaweł Zakład Produkcji Śrub GZPS, where they gained experience in CAD design and expanding company databases. In 2015, they joined ABB as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they performed manual and performance testing, environment setup, and documentation generation. Michał also automated tasks using programming and scripting languages. In 2017, Michał joined Nokia as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2018. Michał then joined 1000 realities as an Augmented Reality Software Engineer until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Sperasoft as a Full Stack Engineer.

From 2011 to 2017, Michał Wiercioch attended AGH University of Krakow, where they pursued a degree in Mechatronics. Michał successfully completed their studies and obtained the degree of Inżynier (Inż.).
