Jack Serjeant has extensive experience in IT support and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and previously as a DevOps Engineer at SN Systems Ltd since May 2019. Prior roles include Service Desk Analyst at Applicable in 2015, Windows System Analyst and Support Desk Analyst at Hargreaves Lansdown from December 2012 to March 2015, and IT Support Technician/Consultant at Dalton Computer Services from August 2009 to December 2012, where responsibilities included network infrastructure planning and systems maintenance. Early career experience includes positions at Tesco PLC and assisting the IT/Network Manager at Sir William Romney's School. Jack holds a degree in Games Development and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Wales, Newport, and A-Levels in Information and Communication Technology from Sir William Romney's School.
