Amy Aughe, PSM I, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amy started working at SpendBridge in 2019 as an Implementation & Project Manager. Prior to that, they were a Freelance Photographer, working for herself since 2018. Before that, Amy worked at DEFENDERS from 2011 to 2018 in different roles. Amy was the Manager of National Account Management and Operations, leading a team and overseeing software transitions and data management. Additionally, Amy was a Customer Experience Trainer, improving customer satisfaction and staff efficiency through training programs. Amy also worked as an Outbound Sales Operations Support, delivering data-driven insights and technical support. Lastly, they were a Sales Trainer/Sales Agent, training newly hired sales staff and conducting sales talks.

Amy Aughe, PSM I, has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Ivy Tech Community College, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their college preparatory education and received a diploma from Tri-West Hendricks from 1995 to 1999. Amy also holds various additional certifications, including a Professional Scrum Masterā„¢ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in April 2022. Amy has also received certifications in HTML & CSS3 Fundamentals, SQL Certification, Thought Patterns for High Performance, Facilitating for Excellence, Competent Communicator, and the Leaders In Training (LIT) Program. These certifications were obtained at different times between 2013 and 2019 from institutions such as Udemy, Pacific Institute, ASTD, Toastmasters International, and DEFENDER Direct.
