Phil Crockett is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in commercial management and estimation. Currently serving as Commercial Manager and previously as Project Surveyor at Spencer Group since April 2016, Phil has honed skills in managing complex projects. Prior to this role, Phil was Group Estimator at Avonside Group Services Ltd from 2014 to April 2016, where significant contributions were made to one of the UK's largest envelope contracting firms. Phil's career also includes a tenure as Technical Services Manager at Dodds Roofing Services Ltd from November 2004 to January 2014. Phil is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), having completed studies in Building/Construction Site Management at Hull College FE from 1993 to 1997.
