Sascha Weyermann is an experienced program manager currently serving as the Global Commercial Learning Program Manager at Hach since January 1999. With several years of expertise in program management and training concept design, Sascha excels in identifying learning needs and coordinating global learning content with international contacts. This role involves advising departments on learning design standards and methods, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to adapt global learning content, and overseeing the implementation of learning offerings. Prior to Hach, Sascha held various sales and product management positions at Bayer Holding Ltd., focusing on research and production in the chemical sector. Educationally, Sascha holds Master of Science degrees in Chemistry/Water Chemistry from Hochschule Niederrhein and in Water Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
