Lauren Jiang

Chief Program Officer, International Programs at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children

Lauren Jiang has a strong background in social work and adoption services. Their most recent role was as the Chief Program Officer, International Programs, at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children. Prior to that, they held positions as the Senior Director of International Adoption, Humanitarian Aid & Outreach, and the Director of Permanency & Client Services. Lauren also has experience as an Associate Director of Permanency Services, a Manager, and a Coordinator at Spence-Chapin. Before joining Spence-Chapin, they worked as a Case Planner for Foster Care at St. Dominic's Home. Lauren's earlier experience includes internships at Spence-Chapin, Catholic Guardian Society & Home Bureau, and Gladney Center for Adoption.

Lauren Jiang pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they attended New York University from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, specializing in Social Work.
