Robin Vaughan has extensive work experience in the software industry. Robin is currently the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Spellbound Partners, where they provide strategic consulting, CTO as a Service, due diligence, and development services to growing companies. Prior to this, they served as the North American CTO at GK Software USA, responsible for the T+ .Net Solutions business and growing the GK OmniPOS market and development capabilities in North America. Robin also worked as the CTO at Data Business Systems from 2006 to 2015. In addition, they held the position of CTO at OPENFIELD Solutions, where they played a key role in integrating a software company into a large hardware services company and ensuring the software division's high contribution margin during a restructuring. Robin has also served as Vice President at Torex Retail North America and V.P. of Development at MGV Computer America. Robin started their career as a Senior Software Developer at Data Connection Inc, USA, and later worked as a Senior Software Consultant at Data Connection Ltd. Throughout their career, Robin has gained experience in equity investments, transitioning through multiple acquisitions, and architecting and building retail platforms for major retailers.

Robin Vaughan has a BSc Honors degree in Physics from Queen's University Belfast.
