Moritz Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, communication, and public affairs. Moritz is currently a member of the executive management team at Speira, responsible for marketing, communication, and sustainability since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Communication & Marketing and was a member of the EMT at Speira from June 2021 to April 2023. From July 2017 to June 2021, Hansen worked at Norsk Hydro as a Lead Communications & Public Affairs Business Partner for Hydro Rolling. Moritz also worked as a Trainee in Communications & Public Affairs at Norsk Hydro from October 2016 to July 2017. Prior to Norsk Hydro, Hansen gained experience as a Working Student in Corporate Communications, CSR, and Public Affairs at Pernod Ricard Germany from November 2014 to August 2016. Moritz also worked as an Intern/Working Student in Corporate Communications at ergo Kommunikation GmbH from March 2014 to October 2014. Hansen started their professional career as an Intern in International Relations at the German Embassy in the Dominican Republic from August 2013 to October 2013. Before that, they worked as an Intern in the External Sector at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Stuttgart from January 2013 to April 2013.

Moritz Hansen completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Political Communication from the University of Düsseldorf in 2014-2016. In 2010-2014, Moritz earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Governance and Public Policy - Staatswissenschaften from Universität Passau. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Economics and Politics from Universidade de Vigo during 2012-2013.
