Stoyan Gugov has extensive experience in information technology, having worked at Speedy JSC from October 2003 to the present in various roles, including Chief Information Officer, Head of Information Technology Operations, Information Technology Operations Manager, Senior System Administrator, and System Administrator. Prior to this position, Stoyan Gugov was a Hardware Specialist at Festo Bulgaria from November 2002 to October 2003, where the first official role fostered a strong sense of responsibility but did not align with long-term career aspirations in IT. Stoyan Gugov holds a degree from New Bulgarian University (2008-2012) and completed education at the Professional High School of Telecommunications in Sofia (1997-2001).
