Joseph Job has over 21 years of experience in the IT industry. Joseph started their career at Spectrum Software Solutions Inc. in 1997 as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for designing and deploying systems architecture. Joseph also provided technical support, conducted research and evaluations of hardware and software. In 1999, Joseph joined Spectrum Softtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the CTO. In this role, they managed the technical and operational activities of ISP, Data Centers, and Web Hosting. Joseph was actively involved in planning, designing, and implementing various healthcare applications. Joseph's experience includes strategic planning, project management, manpower management, and vendor management.

Joseph Job earned a Master's degree in Chemistry from St. Alberts College located on Banerji Road, Ernakulam from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from St. Michael's College in Cherthala between 1990 and 1992. Additionally, Joseph obtained a certification as a Red Hat Ready Training Partner: Authorized Reseller and Delivery Partner from Red Hat in November 2020.
