Michelle Mancilla has over a decade of experience in the HVAC and project management sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager and Lead Project Coordinator at Spectrum Mechanical & Plumbing Contractors LLC since October 2018, Michelle has developed strong skills in project coordination and management. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as an HVAC Administrator Assistant at AIREFORCE HEATING & AIR INC. from August 2011 to September 2018, where valuable administrative and operational experience was gained.
