Jennifer Lepage is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Belgium, France, and the UK at SThree since July 2019, Jennifer has held various roles including Senior HR Business Partner for Belux & MeNa and HR Business Partner for BeLux. Prior to joining SThree, Jennifer worked at EY from June 2015 to July 2019 as an HR Business Partner and Senior Recruiter. Earlier experience includes a position as a Recruitment Consultant at ProfilerConsulting from September 2013 to May 2015 and a Sales Advisor role during a student job at LightGallery (Philips) from August 2007 to August 2011. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Work & Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
