Manon Van Puyvelde is a junior consultant specializing in reward at Acerta since September 2022, following experiences as an HR Talent Trainee in both reward and recruitment & selection within the organization. Prior roles include student recruitment consultant at Adecco, HR student at Taking Turns, and student HR consultant at Actief Interim, where Manon focused on recruitment processes. In the event management sector, experiences include a customer-facing role at Gent Festival van Vlaanderen.
