Madhumitha Sowndararajan is an experienced global talent professional currently serving as a Global Talent Partner at Airbnb since July 2019. In addition, Madhumitha holds a board member position at SPEAKHIRE, which focuses on providing diverse individuals fair opportunities in education and careers, and served on the advisory board of Arts Unity Movement, promoting community healing through the arts. Madhumitha has also hosted the Career Voyage podcast and completed a fellowship with Climatebase in 2024.
