Rebecca Schiess is a dedicated veterinarian currently practicing at SPCA Tampa Bay since February 2019. Prior to this role, Rebecca gained valuable experience as a clinical student at Louisiana State University from January 2018 to January 2019 and as a student at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine from May 2015 to December 2017, where Rebecca earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Earlier, Rebecca served as the Head Veterinary Technician at Animal Coalition of Tampa and held dual roles as Office Manager and Veterinary Technician at both Animal Wellness Centre of Wesley Chapel and Long Lake Animal Hospital. Rebecca's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on Integrative Animal Biology from the University of South Florida, as well as completing Veterinary Medical School Requirements at St. Pete College in 2014.
