Alexis Allen is currently a Senior Product Manager at SparkPlug, where they lead product development and strategy. In addition, they are the Founder of Tech in Color, a networking group for people of color in the tech industry. Alexis has a background in education, research, and project management, with experience at companies such as Theodo, Inc and Engrain Learning. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages and Literatures from Harvard University.
