Iyshwarya G. has worked in the tech industry for over 16 years. Iyshwarya began their career in 2004 as a Senior Engineer at TechBiz Solutions. In 2007, they moved to Encora Inc. and took on the role of Tech Lead. Iyshwarya then joined IGATE in 2011 as a Project Lead. In 2015, they joined APPSBOAT INC as a Product Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Lead Technical Product Manager at 9Logic Technologies Inc.

Iyshwarya G. completed their B.Tech in Information Technology from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad in 2003. Iyshwarya then continued their education by obtaining an M.B.A. in HRM and Finance from Andhra University in 2012.
