Joanne Kilcoyne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organisational development and digital design. Currently serving as a Digital Design Consultant at SPARCK since May 2023, Joanne previously worked as an Organisational Development Partner for Telford & Wrekin Council from August 2021 to May 2023. Prior roles include Organisational Development Officer (Service Designer) at Shropshire Council (April 2016 - August 2021) and Business Design Consultant at ip&e Ltd (April 2014 - March 2016). Starting in 2001, Joanne held various positions at Shropshire Council for over a decade, including Business Design Officer and Team Leader for Fair Trading and Education. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Organisational Change and Development from the University of Chester and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sheffield.
