Justin Axten is a Digital Programme Manager at HKA, a position held since September 2018, previously serving as a Consultant and Associate Consultant. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Junior Foreman at Murray & Roberts, contributing to the Gautrain Sandton Station project by overseeing wet trades, quality control, and the coordination of subcontractors. Academic achievements include a Master’s in Maritime and Transportation Law from City University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Laws from Stellenbosch University, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.
