Zander Pease is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and product leader with extensive experience in building and scaling innovative companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Spara since July 2023, Zander previously held the role of Sr. Director of Product at Hyperscience, where responsibility included heading the platform focused on machine learning for enterprise automation. As a Co-founder and Head of Product at Nomad Health, Zander contributed to establishing a tech-enabled marketplace for clinical staffing that secured $20 million in venture funding. Zander's previous experience includes partnership at Product Co-op, investing in pre-seed entrepreneurs, and membership on the investment team at Union Square Ventures, where early blockchain research was initiated. Zander holds an A.B. in Physics from Princeton University and has a background in music from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.
