Deepan Dhanakodi is a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading digital transformation projects and cloud migrations. Currently employed at Target since October 2024, Deepan previously held a similar position at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre from March 2013 to October 2024, where valuable contributions included managing a comprehensive digital transformation project with a migration value exceeding 10 million EUR, overseeing a distributed system on Hybrid Cloud, and achieving significant cost savings through cloud migration. Deepan co-founded NPL Exchange, a B2B SaaS platform for NPL portfolio trading, and received recognition as a finalist for the Best Manager of the Year award in 2020. Previous roles included significant technical development positions at HCL Technologies and Deutsche Bank, with a strong foundation in engineering honed through a B.Tech in IT from Vellore Institute of Technology.
