Alexey Chekmachev is an experienced data scientist and team lead currently working at Space307 since March 2022, where notable contributions include the enhancement of the development ecosystem through the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and systematic code reviews, significantly improving code quality and development processes. Prior to this role, Alexey served as a senior data scientist at Assaia – The Apron AI from March 2020 to March 2022, successfully developing and deploying the Predicted Off-block Time model for aircraft maintenance at major airports in the USA and EU, which enhanced prediction accuracy. Alexey holds a Specialist degree in Mathematics from Saint Petersburg State University, earned from 2015 to 2020.
